1. Overview

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the NNNW online store and any purchase made through NNNW. The store is operated by AA Technology, doing business as NNNW ("NNNW", "we", "us", or "our"), and is powered by Shopify.

By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services or place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing accurate. Product images and display examples are illustrative and may vary slightly from the final product or from how they appear on your device. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order because of pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or other reasonable grounds. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Available shipping services, charges, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Standard US shipping is free on orders of $89.95 or more. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. For returns that are not related to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Market information and product use

The NNNW display is an information product. Market data shown on the device or website may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. AA Technology and NNNW do not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions.

8. Intellectual property

The NNNW name, branding, website content, product designs, software, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to AA Technology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit our materials without written permission.

9. Third-party services and Shopify

The Services may include links to or functionality provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. NNNW is powered by Shopify, but purchases are made directly from AA Technology. Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for products purchased from NNNW.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in that policy.

11. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape or exploit the Services in violation of applicable law, impersonate another person, or infringe the rights of others.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AA Technology, NNNW, and our service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when these Terms are violated or when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and will take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights, the courts of British Columbia will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
