Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your NNNW purchase.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

To request a return, email contact@nnnw.app with your order number and the reason for the return before sending the item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to Office #1506, 1001 Richards, Vancouver BC, Canada V6B 1J6. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping

For returns that are not related to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For a confirmed issue, AA Technology will provide prepaid return shipping and offer a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email contact@nnnw.app.
